HVAC New Construction Multi Family Installer with 3-5 years Minimum Experience

Job Description

We are an established but growing company that was founded in 1981. We are seeking a commercial/multi family installer with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the HVAC industry relative to this position.

Compensation up to $30/hour DOE.

Qualified candidate will be proficient in all aspects of residential and multi family installation procedures, be well groomed and drug free, must have current drivers license, and have their own hand tools.

HVAC New Construction Multi-Family Lead

Job Description

We are an established but growing company that was founded in 1981. This position will require a minimum of 3-5 years of lead experience and the individual will be responsible for leading a team in the field that will excel at installing heating and air conditioning equipment in the field.

Compensation up to $30/hour DOE

In addition the following are specific responsibilities associated with the position:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years sheet metal experience specific to HVAC multi-family/commercial projects
  • Determine project requirements using blue prints.
  • Lay out, measure, and mark dimensions and reference lines on materials.
  • Good mechanical skills-Fabricate ducts for high efficiency heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to maximize efficiency of system.
  • Install assemblies such as heating and air conditioning ducts, furnace casings, etc.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with project manager/contractor and be able to listen and negotiate.
  • Must be able to professionally lead and instruct other workers, lead by example, and foster a team environment.
  • Must possess problem solving and decision making skills, be organized, and manage time effectively to attain established goals
  • Must be able to work on high ladders and scaffolding
  • Candidate must be well groomed, drug free, and have their own hand tools.
  • Job requires manual labor and ability to lift up to 501bs. Must be able to stand for prolonged duration, walk, climb, bend and squat.-Salary up to $30/hour and negotiable dependent upon experience.
